Courses by Del Hungerford

All courses are self-paced, including the first two modules of the Frequency Immersion Practitioner Program. Each course comes with:

  1. Downloadable materials through Gumroad including PDF's and audio.
  2. Links to sources and other materials used are embedded into the PDF lessons.
  3. Email correspondence for questions, turning in assignments, and requested feedback are included in the price of each course.

Gumroad Account

You'll need a Gumroad account to dowload the PDF's and/or stream the audios. The beautiful thing about Gumroad is their ability to stream all audios! If you don't want to download everything onto your device, stream it directly from their phone app.

First, sign up for a free account in Gumroad. You'll need a proper email and password. Be sure to keep track of your password. Once you've done that, come back here and choose the courses you want.

  • Click on the desired course
  • You'll be redirected to Gumroad
  • Enter the information to purchase the course.
  • Wait a few minutes so it goes through.
  • Login to your Gumroad account and access your files.
  • Do NOT wait for Gumroad to send you confirmation of your purchase. Those emails aften disappear into the Internet void.

Most Popular Courses!

Frequency Basics

This is the course that brings all the frequency puzzle pieces together. There are 30 total lessons where you can geek out on "all things frequency" to your hearts desire! It's simply a collection of materials I've found that might interest you. Learn more HERE.

FIP Training

Module 1 is where everyone begins. If you decide that you might like being an FIP (Frequency Immersion Practitioner), then move onto Module 2. Here, you learn to deal with traumas in your own life so you're not negatively affected by someone else's junk. Learn more HERE.

Activate the Mountain

This is a new course from 2026. It uses a lot of imagery, imagination practice, and soul searching to help you bring your spirit, soul, and body into harmony so you can walk in greater wholeness. Learn more HERE.

Cloak of Love

This is more of an ongoing activation that was taken from Song of the Month. Using your intuition and imagination, you "practice" wearing a cloak of Perfect Love while following prompts in the audio activation. It comes with music, too! Learn more HERE.

Mountains, Gates, & Castles

This course is similar to Activate the Mountain but the focus is more on filling each of the gates within the spirit, soul, and body, with all the goodness possible so you can walk in greater wholeness. This course comes with some music, too. Learn more HERE.

Kingdom Worship Basics

This course is for those who lead worship teams, are on a worship team, or simply love to worship in your church. There are 30 total lessons that address "what is worship" and then walk you through how to be an instrument of worship. Learn more HERE.

Updates!

As more courses are added, be sure to check the SHOP page and pick the category that most interests you.

If you're specifically interested in learning to be a Frequency Immersion Practioner where I teach you my method of giving sound baths, hop on over to that website to learn those details HERE. It's a year-long course in three modules where you apply to be accepted into the program upon completion of Module 2. This tells me if you're ready for the live training, which takes place at my home studio in Lewiston, Idaho. You'll train for a week with real people and then go back to your home and practice on your own. NOTE: You can take Module 1 and/or Module 2 without making a decision yet on whether or not you'd like to join the FIP program. And, even if you don't want to be an FIP, you can still complete these two modules just for fun!
