It’s All About Frequency – Part 3

In this final post of the series, I wish to propose that having three modes of healing working together might bring about more complete healing experience. How is that possible?

A Bench of Three

three wise menThe thought about a bench of three was rather new to me but after doing some research, I found some perfect examples (see below). Coincidence? I don’t think so… Further research on numerical symbolism shows that the number three often represents bringing a type of jurisdiction, administration, or governmental authority into a situation. This could be over yourself, in government itself, or as I propose, in bringing a healing protocol into your life so you have a more complete “healing program.”

What IS a bench of three? Simply put, it’s taking three complimentary things and pairing them together to create a larger “whole” piece. When seeing the examples I provide below, you’ll know the three things listed are needed together to create a whole. When taking one piece out, it often can’t function without the other two.

We’ll start out with looking at one of the oldest known sources for numerology – The Bible. Since numerology (gematria) was so prevalent in the Hebrew culture, numbers always meant something. Each letter, word, and sentence all have numerical values and meanings. It’s possible other ancient texts do, too. However, I’ve not researched them out. If this is something you’ve done or like to do, please consider sending me (or post below) numerology information you’ve found in other ancient texts.

A bench of three in the Bible

  • The number three was often followed by an event. Example: Jesus was in tomb for three days and when he arises on the 3rd day, a new covenant is established.
  • Israelite men were required to appear before the Lord three times in a year: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks and the Feast of Tabernacles” (Deuteronomy 16:16)
  • The third year was special in that it was the “year of the tithe” (Deuteronomy 14:28, Amos 4:4)
  • Ark of covenant contained three objects: bread (manna), stone tablets, and Aaron’s rod
  • Faith, Hope, Love  work together (1 Corinthians 13:13)
  • Three skins of Jesus – He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6)
  • “A cord of three strands is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12)

A “bench of three” on earth…

  • Days, months, years create our calendar
  • It takes three notes to build the basic musical chord: EX: C-E-G spells a C Major Chord.
  • Body, Soul, Spirit make up the whole of our body
  • Three normal states of consciousness: wakefulness, awareness, and alertness (National Center for Biotechnology Information)
  • Water is a recorder, conductor, and carrier of what goes into it
  • 3 branches of government in US, Australia, Kenya, South Africa, Canada, England: Legislative (makes laws), Executive (carries out laws), and Judicial (evaluates laws)

Notice that in all the above examples, three things complete the “governmental authority” over something. That something could be your body, a form of government, the calendar, an event, etc.

What can I do with this?

I find it fascinating that once you discover how something works, you get a chance to try it out. Enter… Alice Briggs and Seneca Schurbon. Seneca is with Freedom Flowers and Alice has an inner healing practice. It would seem natural that all three (music, flower essences and inner healing) compliment the other nicely because they appeal to our emotional state of mind. Research is now showing that once we can make needed adjustments in our emotional state, the physical body will often respond positively.

accessing-your-spiritual-inheritance-front-coverWhen I first introduced the idea of a bench of three at an energy healing conference, I had just started working with Seneca and Alice. We now have a chart titled “Emotional Roots of Physical Symptoms” that took us several months to assemble. In the chart, we pair specific flower essences with selections from my music (CLICK HERE to hear samples) and a type of healing session to match emotional roots that have possible physical symptoms. Those who’ve seen the chart are amazed at how accurate it is! We are finding that having what we call our “tri-fecta” has been helpful for those on a journey to full health.

In our new book, “Accessing Your Spiritual Inheritance,” we walk you through a process of discovering what’s been left by your ancestral line so you can reclaim it. I say that it’s a bench of three where we each have a part. As individuals, we each have strengths that add to the experience. As a bench of three, it presents a whole picture of how our three strengths, when combined, brought about a book.

Conclusion:

It is my belief that when you combine three things meant to compliment one another during a healing process, a person will have better results. There are a few reasons for that:

  1. You learn to be consistent. Too often people bounce around from one thing to the next and never find good results. It could be as simple as not following directions or giving up too soon. Often these types of changes require a life-style change and many people struggle with adjusting habit patterns.
  2. Intent plays a major role for everyone. When the intent lines up, you have a triple whammy of goodness.

Can you think of other examples of a bench of three? Feel free to share in the comments below.
